I build end-to-end automations for small service businesses: missed-call text-back, speed-to-lead qualification and routing, appointment reminders with no-show recovery, and invoice and payment follow-up. Most builds connect Twilio, OpenAI, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Gmail, Stripe and Slack into one workflow the business owner can install and run without a developer. I care about the parts that usually get skipped. Consent and opt-out handling sits inside the flow, so nothing goes out to someone who has not agreed to it. Every business-specific value lives in a single setup step instead of being hardcoded across nodes, so the same workflow fits the next client without a rebuild. And each build ships with a written source-of-truth document the client can maintain from. I also do the QA. I test workflows node by node against real data, chase down the failure cases rather than the happy path, and write up exactly what breaks and why.
