About
I build production-grade GTM systems, integrations, and operational automation, with n8n as my primary orchestration layer.
◆ WHAT I BUILD → I connect systems like HubSpot, Stripe, Deel, Fountain ATS, Airtable, Supabase, Outlook, and Slack through n8n, REST APIs, webhooks, and custom JavaScript. My work goes beyond “connect A to B”: I design what happens when an API fails halfway through, a request is submitted twice, systems disagree, an approval is required before execution, or a business rule cannot be expressed natively.
◆ RECENT N8N BUILDS → HubSpot + Stripe billing: reduced Finance’s weekly queue from 60–80 tickets to 2–3 exceptions, automating subscription creation, pricing changes, prorations, credits, cancellations, reconciliation, and failure handling. ///// HubSpot + Stripe + Deel + Airtable: centralized compensation data across roughly $1.85M MRR, with n8n handling synchronization, backfills, and production workflow logic. ///// HubSpot Meetings + CMS: built an eligibility-aware routing engine with three n8n workflows, doubling weekly onboarding-call volume with the same team. ///// HubSpot + Fountain ATS: built the n8n orchestration layer behind a requisition system that processed 119 submissions and supported 142 hires with 100% team adoption. ///// HubSpot + Deel + Stripe: reduced a multi-worker contract-change process from 90 minutes to about 5.
◆ HOW I WORK → End-to-end ownership: requirements, process mapping, data modeling, workflow architecture, API design, JavaScript inside n8n, testing, error handling, idempotency, monitoring, documentation, rollout, and production support.

ExpertScheduling Engine on HubSpot Meetings: 4–5 → 8–9 Calls/Week
Built a scheduling and routing layer with three n8n workflows on top of HubSpot Meetings. HubSpot could determine calendar availability but could not enforce our eligibility rules: one onboarding call per person per day and three per week. I built a rolling availability cache, deterministic load-based assignment and an event-driven state machine that updates eligibility when meetings are booked, cancelled, rescheduled or calendars change. Because cached availability can drift, meeting events self-correct the state and conflicts are detected before a slot is presented.
Doubled weekly onboarding-call volume from 4–5 to 8–9 with the same six-person team and replaced a $2,160/year scheduling tool.HubSpot Meeting SchedulerHubSpot CMSAirtableMicrosoft TeamsOutlook Calendar
ExpertHubSpot-to-Stripe Billing Automation: 60–80 Tickets/Week → 1–3 Exceptions
Rebuilt a failing HubSpot-to-Stripe billing pipeline with n8n as the orchestration layer. The system creates and modifies subscriptions, prices, prorations, credits, fees and cancellations automatically, then reconciles every write. I designed for production failure rather than the happy path: application-level idempotency and locking prevent duplicate execution, failed records enter a dead-letter queue for recovery, reconciliation detects mismatches between intended and applied billing changes, and inconsistent requests stop for human review instead of silently reaching Stripe.
Reduced Finance's weekly billing queue from 60–80 tickets to 1–3 exceptions and uncovered $161,615.76/year in contracted revenue that was not being billed.HubSpotStripeAirtableDeel
AdvancedHubSpot → Fountain ATS Automation: 119 Submissions, 142 Hires
Built the backend orchestration for an internal requisition tool that turns HubSpot onboarding tickets into Fountain ATS job openings. n8n coordinates record creation, recruiter assignment, access provisioning, CRM updates and multi-role submissions across systems. I designed retries to be safe: each request carries a stable identifier so repeated submissions are recognized instead of creating duplicate openings, with explicit failure classification and recovery paths for integration errors.
