I build production n8n automations for businesses that want their operations to run without manual hand-offs — lead intake and routing, CRM sync, customer support, telephony and review-intelligence pipelines. Recent work includes an AI customer-operations platform where n8n is the workflow layer: webhook-driven lead routing, 3CX call-control integrations with JWT refresh and retry logic, Tata Smartflo voice connectors, and asynchronous scraping pipelines on Apify that fetch and import marketplace reviews when a run completes. I also build AI-agent workflows in n8n (OpenAI and Anthropic models with tools and memory) and migrate teams off Zapier and Make onto n8n Cloud or self-hosted instances. I care about the unglamorous parts: error handling, retries, idempotent webhooks, credentials kept out of workflow JSON, and documentation the client can maintain after the project ends. Based in India and comfortable working across European and US hours.
