I build production automations in n8n that go beyond simple app connections, agentic AI systems, CRM pipelines, and AI powered document processing, all with error handling and reliability built in from the start. Recent work includes an AI Agent that autonomously selects the right tool, Calendar, Sheets, Gmail, based on a plain language question, an AI powered invoice processing pipeline using AI vision to extract data directly from documents and create entries in Xero, and a CRM automation pipeline syncing HubSpot with AI generated follow up communication and conditional escalation logic. I also deployed a live WhatsApp AI chatbot for a real business, taken from design through actual customer use, and connect automations to Gmail, Slack, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and OpenAI. Before automation, I spent 6 years in banking and customer operations, which is why I build with real business process discipline, not just technical connections, every automation includes dedicated error monitoring so failures are caught immediately, not discovered later by the client.
